In Australia the category of visa that we & our clients use is a 457 four year business sponsorship visa. This visa will give you and your dependants the right to enter, live and work in Australia for up to a four year period. Your partner, married or de facto, would also be able to work independently here in Australia whilst you remain sponsored, your children and other dependants may also be added as part of your visa application and can attend public or private schools.
Visa processing can take up to 12 weeks however it typically takes 2–5 weeks. All persons on this application will be required to undertake a chest x-ray and medical if requested by the Australian immigration department.
You need to be aware that your visa is tied to your employment. Should you lose your employment for any reason you will be given one month to locate another sponsor or to leave Australia. L.T.D. will help you through this process to get the best result we can together.
